About the client: Sheraton Group
The hotel manager at the Sheraton Group manages many teams and deals with constantly reviewing, occupancy and staffing levels. Her goal is to keep costs down and as such planning by the minute affects the revenue and returns.
Business Challenge:
To provide an information retrieval solution for The Sheraton Wall Centre’s front office manager. The ultimate goal was to create efficiency in management of resources, food and beverage requirements and guest requests, for a richer guest experience and increased revenue.
Solution:
Our team studied the interactions and scenarios of various departments we ensured that the prototype would be expandable, scalable and portable. By using Asp.net, OOPS and XML technologies, Pronto allowed for simultaneous mirroring of information on different platforms through web services.
