Innos designed and developed a native iPhone application that pulled real-time listing data directly from local real estate boards via RETS feeds. Each realtor could configure a personalized client experience — filtering, favouriting, and sharing listings — while the app handled the heavy lifting of data synchronization in the background.
The monetization model was embedded from the start: a tiered feature set that let individual agents upgrade for premium tools, creating a sustainable revenue layer for RETS Unlimited.
