Educational organizations were struggling to engage modern learners in meaningful, ongoing professional development. Traditional platforms felt transactional and impersonal, leading to low completion rates and poor retention.

Stekio needed to move beyond content delivery and create a genuine engagement layer — one that made learners feel connected to the organizations and instructors behind the material.

What Innos Built

Innos led every layer of the product: brand strategy, product definition, UX design, platform development, and iPad app delivery. We started with lean startup validation — testing core assumptions with real learners before committing to full build — then moved into structured sprints to ship a polished, production-ready product.

The result was a learning engagement platform that connected executive learners with educational partners through curated content, direct communication, and personalized learning paths — delivered natively on iPad.

Outcome

Stekio launched to live adoption with a measurable improvement in learner engagement metrics versus the organization's prior solution. The platform's modular architecture allowed for rapid feature iteration post-launch, and the go-to-market strategy Innos defined supported the initial partnership pipeline.
